West Bengal Minister and Kolkata Mayor Firhad Hakim's condition remains stable after being admitted to a hospital due to weakness, fatigue, and dehydration. Glucose infusion was administered, and various tests were conducted to assess his overall health on Tuesday night.
Hakim, 64, who holds the portfolio of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Minister, has been hospitalized for the second time within a month. The hospital reported a mild electrolyte imbalance possibly caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. He has been advised bed rest and fluid intake, and his condition is comfortable, with a diet consisting of light food.
